Nutcracker

Olney Ballet Theatre will spread holiday cheer throughout the community with a new production of The Nutcracker, featuring special friends and professional guest artists in the lead roles as well as choreography by Washington Ballet Founder Mary Day. OBT's 2011 production celebrates the 50th anniversary of Mary Day's The Nutcracker, which has been a holiday tradition in the Washington area for decades. Staged and directed by Patricia Berrend, OBT's production will bring to local audiences the splendor and magic of a timeless classic.
